I'm endeavoring to investigate an issue with a postpone beginning an application. Here is my condition:
2 TSPlus Enterprise servers on the most recent forms
DNS record indicating Server01
Server01 is setup with "Allocate Servers to Users"
The issue:
* When I indicate my record Server01 and dispatch an application from the web customer (remoteapp) it dispatches the application in 3 seconds.
* When I indicate my record Server02 and dispatch a similar application it has a 15 second postponement and afterward dispatches the customer. Amid the postponement in the event that I indicate subtle elements it is a dark screen for the initial 15 seconds.
I have taken a stab at indicating my URL Server02 with similar outcomes.
On Server02 I have setup "Dole out Servers to Users" to likewise indicate my record Server02 with similar outcomes.
I RDP to the server and login with a similar record and there is no 15 second deferral.
Any other person managed this sort of issue? Any considerations on different tests?
Delay Launching Application
Re: Delay Launching Application
Hello,
This sounds like a DNS issue. Are your servers members of an active directory with DNS services installed and correctly configured ?
If not, you could edit your host file on your gateway server to add your second server.
To do so, follow this procedure :
Press the Windows key.
Type Notepad in the search field.
In the search results, right-click Notepad and select Run as administrator.
From Notepad, open the following file: c:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc\hosts
Make the necessary changes to the file.
Click File > Save to save your changes.
example of local DNS resolution with host file configuration :
64.49.219.194 www.domain.com
64.49.219.194 domain.com
