RemoteApp not starting

Hi!

We are running TSplus on 2008 r2 server, with version 11.20.3.11.
When we try to log on using the web console, HTML5 works without a problem, however when I try to use RemoteApp, it just doesn't work.

I have tried it using FireFox, Edge, IE, and Chrome. Each time, it has me download and install the plugin for each browser, which I do (making sure to run as administrator), then I click login, and it asks if I want to use Remote App, and I say yes. Then nothing happens. No error, nothing...any ideas on what could be wrong? I checked and we are using the default ports, everything looks good to me in the TSplus admin console.

So, for some reason, remote app started working...strange.

If I figure out why I will let you know.
