Virtual Printer lost
This one is probably a silly question ...
On a 3-server installation (Gateway/ReverseProxy + 2xApp server), when connecting via HTML5 client, no Virtual Printer appears on one of the app servers, while it is working on the other one. I have no idea at the moment, how we got accidentally rid of the Virtual Printer(s). Is there some setting in the admin tool I am not aware of, that enables/disables the Virtual Printer? Anything else I can check?
As the virtual printer is working as it should on one server, I assume this is not a browser issue (tried Chrome/FF/IE, anyway). Also, we installed the last update today, so we have an up-to-date installation and I do not see the difference between the 2 servers. AFAIK, the virtual printer was already missing before the update.

Re: Virtual Printer lost
Hello,
The Virtual Printer has been removed and replace with the Universal Printer which does the same thing.
If you have trouble printing remotely since a recent update, please check this out :
- Check the presence of two universal printer driver. Open a control panel / Devices and Printers click on the universal printer and click on "Print server properties" and click on the drivers tab. There should be either the CustPDF driver (old driver from version 9 and below) or the GhostPDF (newest driver) driver. If both are present, delete one of them.
If this is not enough, you can now reinstall the Universal Printer completely in the admin tool / server tile / Printer Management.
If you are using an older version of TSplus, go to add / remove program in the control panel and look for universal printer, click uninstall and reboot. You can also force the uninstall by clicking on the removeuniversalprinter.exe located in C:\Program Files (x86)\TSplus\UserDesktop\files
