RemoteApp Internal Error

Hi

I'm having problems on some clients to use the remoteapp option on the webportal. Returns internal error message.
The HTML5 option works normally and in other places access by remoteapp as well. I'm testing on chrome and IE 10/Edge. The plugin is installed.

Hello,

Press ctrl + F5 to delete browser cache and reinstall plug in. You can also try with a different browser. Make also sure that no antivirus is blocking the plug in.
