Applications not executing from Application Panel

using the latest tsplus 11.20.2.13 updated today feb 13 2018
Windows 7


I can open the applications using the RDP client and the applications work fine. I will like to use application panel for some users to restrict access to designated applications only.

The from the HTML5 Web client I can see the applications panel , however when I click on any application Example like notepad, instead of opening notepad, I am redirected to desktop.

Please guide on what to fix.

Even a unistall and install with antivrus disbaled did not help

in the uninstall and install the serial number of the computer changed, now I am left with a new ticket to get a new license

Found my old license file , loaded and it is activated. you need to update the documentation

to reload the parameters and load the license file even after the change of serial number if this is the same computer​


the floating panel issue still exist after reinstall​​​​

the floating Panel, Application Panel , Task bar all take the user loging in to the desk top,

Please provide help to trouble shoot , I have upgraded to the latest release , still no resolution.

is there a way to chat directly with support, we all are in different time zones

Fixed by Support, it is the antivirus Avira that was breaking the program
