Hello!
I'm currently working on a TSplus setup my users can't connect to anymore since installing Windows updates.
The first case of this problem was reported in the first or second week of December 2017, but that was 'resolved' by giving the client in question a new PC which apparently did not have the specific Windows update yet. Sometime around the start of the new year, most of the other computers in the network ran their updates, and now can no longer use the usual TSplus client exe.
When I click the exe now, I get a brief pop-up flashing, but no connection load bar and a moment later I get the following error:
Process not detected. Please try again later.
Anyone else ever ran into an issue like this? I haven't found anything googling this error, probably since it's quite generic.
As far as Windows updates goes... I'm suspecting KB4054022. All affected computers are running Windows 10.
