We downloaded the demo version of the program and we are testing it because, if it works well, that's exactly what we need.
Initially everything seemed to be going well, but now, after some typical installations that we perform on our clients (Office, Acrobat, Winzip and others) and, probably, some windows updates we can not longer access from clients.
The installation is a Windows 7 virtualized on HyperV.
When we try to log in from a client, it accept the administrator password to log in, then the TSPlus bar appears, (the one that fills up with green), but does not come all the way down because suddenly an empty notepad page opens and a screenshot of the root directory when I close them I see the tsplus welcome message, then disconnects itself.
HTML 5 and RemoteApp access behaviour exactly the same.
Instead if I try to access directly from HyperV, so without TSPLus, I can access, so my guess is that an TSPlus issue, not OS related.

Another problem that I noticed immediately is that it does not accept (not clue about why), the password of a user that I created while accepting the administrator username/password pair. Of course I have already tried to change the user's password and with the same user profile I can safely enter directly from HyperV, so my guess is it is another tsplus issue.
I hope I can solve this issues because I need it badly.

Solved. I had to uninstall and reinstall (update was not enough) but now it works.
