Strange screen refresh after logging in (10.50.12.4)

Hi,

Today I installed the latest version 10.50.12.4. On my server there is one application and it is automatically starting when users log in. Before updating this worked fine, but now the application starts and is shown on the screen, but shortly after that, the screen turns blue and
the application screen turns up again as if the application started twice after a lot of screen flickering.

The application is only starting once, so that's not the problem. Is there a way to avoid this . I used the client generator with Remote desktop client and full screen, no seamless.

BTW, I tested logging in with my browser HTML5 and the problem happens there also, so it's not a specific Clientgenerator thing.

Problem solved with the latest version 11.xx.xx.
