I have a cloned AWS Server and it obviously contains the original functional evaluation image of TSPLus. I would like to clone the originally configured image and relicense it on the new server.
Currently working with an evaluation edition of TSPlus Enterprise.
Would like to "relicense" the evaluation as another evaluation so we can roll out to additional clients. In production we will be using production licenses of course but the cloned images need to be test beds for new clients.
What is the best way to relicense the TSPlus as evaluations again?

AWS Reinstallation - Cloned Server
Re: AWS Reinstallation - Cloned Server
Hello,
Could you open a support ticket here with the following information so that we can generate a new license file for you ?
https://support.tsplus.net/
- Serial Number of your new server located in the "License" tile of the Admintool.
Serial number shown on screenshots are sometimes difficult to read, please do not attach a screenshot to this ticket to avoid creating a license with the wrong serial number.
- Purchase order of your original license, so that we can identify the edition of TSplus and the number of users you purchased.
- Purchase order of your subscription to support, because rehosting a license is a feature of the Support and Update Services.
