I tried the beta but it seems it was something with the Z-Order of windows, I think I let somebody else battle with this

As I said earlier, it seems TSPLUS monitors the Handle of the first window opened not the process that actually opened the window.

Now I made a work-around making my "Client chooser" being the first program to start (Staying open), and let this program start my invoice app, and the session is active until the "Client chooser" is closed so I`m happy.

I could have done this from day one, but there`s no need for the "client chooser" if a client only got one company to invoice from (resulting in a extra step), so I made it optional, and that`s why it got started modal in the beginning of my invoice app to start with.

Love the new "Push docx to client"!
