Remote access not working on outside network or WAN or over Internet

When we trying to connect client generated file from outside network or WAN or over internet it opened in white blank screen and closed in 10 secs...can you explain why?

And also following doubt arises

- Whether to use internal IP address or external IP address when creating seamless client or another options.

we haven't find any documentation regarding creating remote access outside network or over internet

please explain the procedure to remote access over internet

Hello,

You could create two sets of clients : one for local connection in LAN with private IP, and one for connecting from outside your network.

You will need to create a port redirection rule on the TCP port 80 / 443 / 3389 to your TSplus server depedning on your connection preference. Make also sure that no firewall are preventing you from connecting through these ports as well.

so should i create client with public IP for outside network ??

Do you have any documentation or guide to setup client for outside network ??

Hello,

We do not have any documentation regarding this topic as the network configuration will vary from one another.
You can find what your public IP is by opening an admin tool, click on the server tile, and click on "Server Wan IP". The port redirection rules to be created need to be done on your internet router, which is usually accessible through web browser on 192.168.1.1, you may need to check with your ISP documentation for more information on this topic.

Connected successfully ..

Now remote connection through outside network is working .We tried in new Internet connection and created port forwarding in router.

Your tsplus server is a public server or server in a network behind an ADSL router?
Do you have a fixed public IP address?
