Universal printing stoped working!

This morning tere is message to install univeral printer driver when open Admin panel.

After that, no one users can print! Error:

This is our configuration:

Audit says there is all ok (green).

Complete uninstall and install TSPlus did not help!

Please we NEED URGENT help. That is our production server and our clients now cannot work!

I believe this issue has been fixed with the latest release.

If the Universal Printer is shown within the control panel/printer list as “Unavailable” or if you deleted it then you can reinstall it by downloading and installing one of these two patches :

This program is processing the uninstall the new and the old Universal Printer driver prior to install the old Universal Printer driver (V1). Doing it, it warrants the result: the old driver will be correctly installed.

This program is processing the uninstall the new and the old Universal Printer driver prior to install the latest Universal Printer driver (V2). Doing it, it warrants the result: the new driver will be correctly installed.

A reboot will be necessary.

Same problem here after installing 10.30.5.21.
Updating to version 10.30.5.22 sorted it out.

p.s.
Since I'm new to TSPlus, what's the difference between universal printer driver v1 and v2?

Hello,

The Universal Driver 1 is the old Universal Printer that was present from the beginning up to version 9. The Universal Driver 2 is a brand new Universal Printer, more flexible that comes with more options such as paper format selection and better support for various application.
