I just unistalled TSPlus on one of my WIndows Server 2012 R2. After the reboot, my startmenu (you know the Windows 8 Style startmenu) is completly empty.
Can you check, wether your recent release 10.20.4.28 is doing something like this when uninstalling it?

I tried this on an other Server (also Windows Server 2012 R2):
Because there are too much problems with the new 10.x release:
- uninstall TSPlus 10.20.4.28
- all entries in C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu
- and C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu are gone!
- immediatly after the uninstaller finished his work
. means the whole startmenu is deleted byTSPlus uninstaller
Please check this.
I'm now back on 9.9.20 until you fixed the bugs in the 10.x release.
