How to roll back to version 9.9

Post by mauricedorris » Mon Apr 10, 2017 7:17 pm

Version 10 has too many things wrong. I think they will get sorted out eventually.

How can I go back to version 9.9 since I was much happier then. This is very hard on my group.

What is the link to down load previous versions...

Hello,

I understand that the version 10 has been troubling for some of you, we are working on fixing all the bugs that you may have encountered. Meanwhile here is the procedure to reinstall version 9.9

Open an admintool, click on the server tile tab, then click on locate "Backup your server parameters". everything is saved in a newly creater folder C:\Backupparam
You can now uninstall and reinstall TSplus on this server, and click on "Restore your server parameters" to restore everything.

Follow these steps :

1- Make sure no users are connected, then uninstall TSplus, reboot your computer.
2- Download the latest setup of version 9 :http://dl-files.com/archives/9.90.2.20/ ... tsplus.exe
3- Rename the executable into Setup-TSplus.exe and install.
4- Apply your license again, your server should be fine.

I recommended you also to deactivate your antivirus before installing TSPlus.

If your antivirus is too intrusive you can set an exclusion rule on the following path : C:\Program Files (86)\TSPlus and C:\wsession

OK... I rolled back to this version and all of a sudden my printing and remoteapp problems went away. Everyone is happy again.

Thank you very much for understanding and helping.

I'm looking forward to updating once you guys figure out a few things.

Thanks

Maurice
