TSPlus 9.9, logging in from Windows 10 home edition

We've been using this remote computer for years, but now we log in, get the "Welcome" message, then immediately get "Signing Out" and disconnected. Happens on this machine for any login. No problem logging in from another machine with the same credentials. I attempted to do a system restore, but of course it failed. I upgraded from 9.3 to 9.9 a few days ago, but I'm pretty sure we've had successful logins from that machine since then. The problem just presented yesterday. Suggestions?

Hello,

On this client computer, delete your browser's cache by pressing ctrl + F5 and / or try using a different web browser first.

Sorry, this is a remote desktop login. The browser cache would be irrelevant, right?

Hello,

This is either a port conflict with 3389 port or your operating system is corrupted, in which case you need to reinstall it or reinstall latest service pack and update.

I don't think I adequately explained the situation.

Remote connection is fine in all cases below. It's just the login that fails.

Bob can log into the server from computer A.
Bob can log into the server from computer B.
Bob can not log into the server from computer C. ("Welcome" with immediate and automatic "Signing Out")

Fred can log into the server from computer A.
Fred can log into the server from computer B.
Fred can not log into the server from computer C.

Hi,

My problem has been resolved.
I replaced the client with a TSplus generated client, and it worked!
So, then I replaced the RDP client with a "working" one, and it worked as well.

Who'da thunk?
