desktop get blank when remote use TSplus

Good Afternoon All,


I have an issue, when my client try to connect our server via tsplus ,it getting blank desktop no menu or icons. But when i try to connect my server with RDP windows, it's normally as ussual. I try to investigate in regedit about winlogon setup, "shell" direct to explorer.exe and "userinit" direct to C:/windows/system32/userinit.exe, C:/winlogon/session.exe. This setup is true,right? .


Please help me to solve this problem.

This might be related to a bug in Windows Server. In the post "Black Screen" in this forum you will see that I also have clients who end up with just a black screen.
