Every time there is a failed logon attempt, RDPDefender writes it to the Windows Application log. Obviously, there are tons of these attempts (hence the importance of a tool like this), and the logging is such that it buries all other application logging that is going on. How can I configure RDPDefender to:
a. log somewhere else, or
b. not log at all
Thank you,
Louis
RDPDefender filling Windows Application log
Re: RDPDefender filling Windows Application log
Hello Luis,
Thank you for your feedback.
This is indeed an important point, unfortunately the current RDPDefender does not have any setting to stop or change its logging.
We understand the issue, and we will add this feature in our roadmap - I am a bit unsure on the release date though.

Re: RDPDefender filling Windows Application log
Hello Luis,
Your newest version now logs in flat text files (and it can be configured by modifying a .config file).
You can either download it at: http://dl-files.com/Setup-RDPDefender.exe or wait for our next TSplus release, which will include the latest version of RDPDefender and automatically update it.
Thank you again for your feedback!
