Hi together!
When I login with option Remoteapp instead of HTML5 client on webinterface it starts the remotesession. It tries to connect successful. After this it looks like the session is hanging in the windows logon. Nothing happens. Looking a details (maximize the window) shows that there is a flickering at windows logon. Maybe it runs in a loop or something I dont´t know. No progress anymore.
At the moment my only option is to use the HTML5 Client. Any ideas whats going on with the remoteapp logon
Thanks for support. The software is great deal!

Hello,
First of all, make sure you installed a recent release (9.60 or above with newly generated connection client). You will then need to logon and logoff once for each users in order for the flickering fix to take effect.
If you are using older connection client please follow this procedure to delete cache from older client :

Release is the latest one. I have also done the relaseupdate.exe to get the latest one. I generated an exe connection file. Seamless is working, remoteapp is not working with the same error. The logon stops at the shown screen.

Hello,
Before anything else, I recommend you to download and apply:
http://dl-files.com/UpdateRelease.exe
and reboot
However, you have a customized logon background; may be this is inter-acting with the logon process.
If you still have the issue after the reboot, can you try to revert your logon page to the default display?
Kind regards
John

I already done
http://dl-files.com/UpdateRelease.exe - I do it again today
What default settings do you mean for example logon page? There is not much to configure than background?! The only thing that was automatically changed by installation of tsplus is that short PIN for Logon was disabled automatically. Local User has to use password instead of configured PIN.
