Vipre Firewall Problem

Hi,
I installed TSPlus on Win7. RDP login works locally. However, on internet does not work until I have turned OFF VIPRE Firewall. I have tried to configure Vipre Firewall for RDP but no joy. Anyone solve this problem?

Does the computer have multiple network interfaces?
If it only has one interface and if it works fine over LAN, then it sounds like a router port-forwarding issue.

Your firewall needs to have the TCP/UDP port opened on 3389(RDP)/443(HTTPS)/80(HTTP) depending on your connection preference.
