TS+ client issue

Hello,
Several times i have scratched my head and re-created windows user profiles for the following reason:
For some reason sometimes settings done in admin tool dont reflect back to user. For example i add floating panel with few icons for user, but when he starts session everything looks different. With the same user behind other pc it works fine, so the issue lies with the windows profile, after i re-create it everything is fine.
So i was wondering, is there a place i can remove ts+ user/computer preferances without re-creating the user profile?

Not sure if I understand correctly, but you have issues with a user when connecting from some computers, but not other computers?
If you want to clean-up the client computer, remove the following folder:
"C:\Users\[username]\RDP6" - it's also called "%UserProfile%\RDP6"
