Universal printer overloaded processor

Post by nbatocanin » Thu Oct 06, 2016 1:44 pm

We have a very serious problem. When we install version 9.50, the use of the universal printer (2-3 users) knocked down processor at 100%. In this way, users which print completely slow down the server (Windows 2012 R2, Core I7-4770, 32GB RAM). In print spooler remain undelete files and print service hangout, probably because of previous problems. Support says that the problem can not be solved at this moment, so I think install the old version (which one?) of TSplus is only solution.

Any kind of advice will highly appreciate.

Regards, NB

Hello,

Open an admin tool, go to the licensing tile and run a "Current system audit". This will determine if your TSplus latest update was correctly installed.
If you see an error in the list, follow this procedure to re apply the latest update :

Please download and install this update for TSPlus : http://dl-files.com/data/UpdateRelease.exe

Make sure no users are logged in before installing this update, you can check for remote users by launching a task manager and clicking on the users tab. Disabling your anti virus is also recommended.

A reboot will be required.

You will find more detailed information about TSplus updating process here : http://www.terminalserviceplus.com/docs ... rvice-plus
