Re: RemoteApp Flickering/Losing Mouse clicks
I've run the patch.
After the restart, and to make sure, it has not improved.
In addition, the registry, there is no WaitToKillAppTimeout.
How do I?
Thanking you in advance.

Re: RemoteApp Flickering/Losing Mouse clicks
After logging log out, I'd like to work correctly when you log in again.
Thank you very much.

Hello,
this Patch does not work for me.
This is after the update in my registry:
WaitToKillAppTimeout=0
WaitToKillServiceTimeOut=0

Markus: Did you first update to 9.40.9.8, then reboot, then apply patch, then reboot, then login and logout as a user, then login as the same user again ?
Re: RemoteApp Flickering/Losing Mouse clicks
Thank you, and now it seems to work!
Re: RemoteApp Flickering/Losing Mouse clicks
Hello
I have tried the latest TSPlus (tried both version 09.40.9.8 and also 09.50.9.12) served from a new Windows 10 machine (Windows version 1607) and I report that users (using RDC client on mac and also HTML5 with Chrome) are experiencing our main application published flickering. It is noticed also, while main application is flickering that the application icons on the bottom right task bar are flickering also and disappearing/appearing continuously.
I inform that our current production TSPlus, still using an older TSPlus version (09.10.2.22) served by similar Windows 10 machine (Windows version 1607) works perfectly with no flickering at all in both RDC client on mac and also HTML5 with Chrome.
We wanted to keep TSPlus updated with the purpose of having a better compatibility with latest Windows 10 versions.
A kindly advice is appreciated.
Thanks all in advance.

Hello,
You may need to delete browser cache by pressing ctrl + F5. Do not forget to log on and off once after updating to 9.50.

Re: RemoteApp Flickering/Losing Mouse clicks
Hello
thanks for the suggestion, but your advice of clearing the browser cache has not solved the issue (for HTML5 users).
Attention that this flickering problem is also present using the Microsoft Desktop Remote clients (RDC version 8.0.34: many of our local users use Apple MacOS), so for them browser cache is not the case for sure, for this flickering problem.
It seems (I got this new feedback also) that if user use only keyboard and not mouse click/2clicks the flickering problem is less (but present also).
Hope for some other kind suggestions.
Thanks in advance.

Re: RemoteApp Flickering/Losing Mouse clicks
Hello
sorry if I have misunderstood the suggested solution, but please confirm if is it just enough to update TSPlus to latest version 09.50.9.12 to have the flickering issues solved (and getting new features) or is it a must to run the patch also (http://dl-files.com/BlinkingPatch-216.exe) for each user (and logging on-off for each user to have the patch fully applied) ?
I was thinking that latest 09.50.9.12 was including all needed and fix flickering issues automatically.
Thanks again for any additional help.
Bye.
