Hi
When I use the HTML5 client to login into a Windows 2012 server and then run Firefox on the server my preferences and bookmarks are all missing. I then re-create them and logoff the server and then login in again. Firefox then asks me to import the settings from Internet Explorer. Once Firefox loads all my settings are gone again.
I have been using the following sample url to login into the server:
https://www.myserver.ca:8080/software/h ... S_BCC&pwd=********
When I look in the AppData Folder for Mozilla FireFox for the TS_BCC user I find that it creates a new profile everytime I use it. Is there anyway that I can keep the preferences and bookmarks? I believe this issue only started several months ago. I am using v 9.30.6.8 version of TSPlus.

FireFox Preferences not saved using HTML5 Client
Re: FireFox Preferences not saved using HTML5 Client
Any reason you're not using the latest version?
Are you logging out of the connection or just closing the browser window on the client?
Does the Windows Event Log tells you anything?

Re: FireFox Preferences not saved using HTML5 Client
I am logging out of the connection not just closing the browser. I am not sure what I am looking for in the event viewer but the vast majority of events are just informational. There are the odd DNS server errors but nothing much else. The maintenance expired last month and I have not renewed it yet that is why I am using ver 9.3.
The problem as I see it is the creation of a new Firefox profile every time I log in. I was expecting to see only one profile in the TS_BCC users folder but instead I see one for each day that the browser is used.

Hello Simon,
You will need to update to the latest release to solve this issue, which has been identified and occurs when connecting to a TSplus server with the HTML5 client.
