Hello,

What is the operating system on server side ? Did you assign any specific application to these users ? Does this message occur before or after logon ? Are you using the latest release of TSplus ? Did you try using a generated connection client instead of mstsc ?

Unfortunately this error message is too vague for me to diagnose. Did you install the latest release and generate new connection client ?
