TLS/SSL Server Supports SSLv3

Post by Brian » Mon Mar 07, 2016 4:17 pm

Hello.

I have to run these Navis/HIPAA scans to make certain my servers are secure. I have found on my report that "TLS/SSL Server Supports SSLv3" and this is bad. I went to http://disablessl3.com/ to see how to go about fixing and found it has more to do with the web server service than any other settings... Example, there's different ways to fix if using IIS vs Apache.
I use the TSPLUS web server. Does anyone know if there is a way to disable SSLv3 with the TSPLUS web server?

Thanks!!

Hello,

If you installed the version 9.20 of TSplus, you will be able to choose which cyphers to activate / deactivate easily : http://www.terminalserviceplus.com/docs/ciphers-suites
