no more sessions

ts plus on a Windows 7 Pc, now giving a "no more sessions available" when more than 2 users try to connect.
restarted pc, same error?

Hello,

If your system has connection issues, you will need to check the following :

- Verify that your TSplus release is not a too old one.
For old release (5.xx and below) the TSplus technology cannot match with the latest version of Windows.

In such case, the solution is to update to the current release of TSplus.

- Incompatible Updates has been installed on your system.

The solution is to download and run
tsplus.net/CompatibilityUpdate.exe and reboot (mandatory)
Please note that from release 8.40, TSplus includes the support of the latest Microsoft Updates.

- With the AdminTool, verify the status of your TSplus license.
It is important to know if your issue is related to a TSplus license or to a Windows system problem.

If your current TSplus license is invalid you will need to install the latest TSplus update and activate a new valid one.

Open a windows explorer and locate the license.lic file in the following path C:\Program Files (x86)\TSplus\UserDesktop\files and apply your license again.

Many thanks for your reply. It seems that the License file is now only for 2 users?
I'm confused as this is a 10 user sysytem?
How could this of happened? How do I get the correct license file installed

Hello,

First of all update your TSplus server to the latest release.
Make sure no users are logged in before installing this update, you can check for remote users by launching a task manager and clicking on the users tab. Disabling your anti virus is also recommended.

Then please open a support ticket here : http://support.tsplus.net/

And provide us with the following information :

- Serial number located in the licensing tile of the admin tool
- Purchase order
