Graphics Win XP and grey color

I am using TS Plus for years and it was originally installed on my Win XP server few years ago. Now, I have 5 users and all of us use Win 7 OS. .......Graphics on all PC's work just fine but one WIN 7 PC. I have 2 issues:

1. Graphics are grey and colorless
2. Once I open TS Plus and minimized to task bar, can not open/maximize TS Plus back up......

Is this possibly issue with graphics of this particular PC or is it TS Plus issue ?

You may need to update the RDP protocol on your Windows XP host to solve this issue with RDP 6 or 7. This can be done here.
