Hi, I can not load applications from any web client generated in the application portal, neither web, java or windows.
If I'm on the server applications do load from the application portal, but from any client PC I cannot get it to work. There's no firewall or AV blocking ports in either side. I have tried with HTTP and HTTP's. After selecting the application in the application portal a blue screen appears but after a short time it closes itself, i repeat, only on clients.
RDP does work from client PC's and even remote app from TS Plus generated clients.
Please let me know what can I do.
Unable to load applications from web clients
Re: Unable to load applications from web clients
Hello,
Open an admin tool, and click on "Web Management Tool". make sure all features are set to green. if not, click on "Restart Web Server". If the server won't start, make sure you have not installed another web server or application that would be using the TCP port 80 and/or 443 (Skype for example). One easy test to do is to change the port of your webserver and restart the server again. A faq regarding this subject is available here : tsplus.net/support/kb/faq.php?id=6
Open a browser on the server, type in the address 127.0.0.2 and open a connection using the java or html5 mode. You should be able to open a session with a local or domain account.
If it still wont connect, uninstall java and delete the java folder located in C:\Program Files x86\ then reinstall java 64 bits on the server and make sure antivirus or firewall software are not blocking HTML5service.exe and SSHtunnel.exe processes.

Re: Unable to load applications from web clients
I've had the same issue with several servers recently. The static blue screen once login is successful, and then nothing for awhile, then it closes.
We are no further in identifying the fix, but we have noticed if we had the website as a "Trusted Site" in IE we at least then see a pop up box that says
ALERT!
No logon info found!

Hello,
If you are using the Application portal mode or the Web Credential feature and are using the 8.30.6.24 version, an update should solve this issue.
Otherwise you need to check your application assignments and the presence of correct web credentials.
More information about web credentials can be found here : http://www.terminalserviceplus.com/docs/web-credentials
