Load Balancer Page Stuck "loading your applications. . ."

I am working with version 8.20.5.10 on server 20012R2 with 1 load balancer and 2 session hosts.

When I login to the load balancer the application panel freezes at Loading your applications. . .

When I login to either of the session hosts the applications come up right away. All three servers are using the same AppControl and AssginApps ini's and web configurations from the load balance server.

I have accomplished with with DFSr on each server to replicate changes in C:\Backupparam and a script that copies the ini's to the application path every 5 minutes. So as long as I hit "backup your server parameters" on the load balancer, changes are replicated. okay that said.

What might cause the load balancer to not display applications?

Could you open a support ticket and provide us an access to your server so that we can have a look and fix this ?

I was able to get this issue resolved by uninstalling and reinstalling the software on the Load Balance server. I believe the issue was related to a config file that wouldn't update. I added the FDQN to the public IP property of the reverse proxy configuration page. The change would not save, though I hadn't figured that out until after I posted to the forum. It appears to be working as expected. Thanks!
