We have been having this issue plaguing customers for quite a while now. Occasionally the windows of programs will start spazzing out, flickering back and forth between 'not responding' and normal operation. We are running TS Plus 8.10.3.7, and we have also ran the blinkingpatch exe that we found in another thread about a similar issue. Also, we are using the appropriate video driver for the machine. The patch seemed to have HELPED a little bit, but i am not for certain and we need this resolved permanently and quickly.

We had the same issue in 8.10.3.7.
When we upgraded to 8.10.3.28 the issue was fixed.
8.20.4.10 came out today but I have had a chance to test it yet.
It would be really great if they put release notes and known bugs so we can all track these issues.
