TSPlus Portable Client Slow response.

Hi

I have attached an image showing the number of users on a Windows 2012 Server R2 8 gig Ram iCore 7 Processor (TSPlus 8.10.3.7) and the cpu usage is between 1 & 2 percent yet users are complaining of poor response. They have to click on buttons 2 or three times before buttons responds and the screen refreshes appear to roll down the screen. This is a new server which replaced an older Windows 2003 server but the response is slower even though the hardware is much more capable than the previous server. Can anyone suggest how to improve the performance experienced by the Portable Client users?

Hi

I had two users call me this morning complaining that they have to press the Enter button two or three times before it registers, they also complained that clicking the mouse takes more then one-click to activate buttons.

Hi

Since I updated to 8.1.26 the clients have stopped complaining about having to click buttons more than once etc. So it seems to have fixed this slow response issue.
