Another weird problem. We have migrated the server to a new internet connection and adjusted IP accordingly. My problem now is some users are not able to login when they use window option.
They do not get any error message, the windows just disappear and all I can see is the login windows. Any idea and suggestion is very welcome.

If you are using a recent version of TSplus, refreshing your web page + eventually clearing your browser cache should solve this issue. To do so, press ctrl + F5 on client side.
