Hello,
When experiencing some issues with printing format when using the Universal Printer simply uninstall Adobe Acrobat and use another PDF reader such as FoxIt on your client computer. Adobe modifies the fonts of PDF which may result in slight changes of the print format.

We did as you suggested but did not help. We think that problem is in combination of Universal Printer and a certain printer driver (in our case HP 2300).

We found a problem that looks like the one you describe and it seems to be related to the networked printers and not using the PDF option in the portable clients. Once we put the portable clients back to using PDF and re-installed the drivers related to the affected network printers the problem went away. The problem never happened with locally attached printers.
