Generated client parameter

Having an issue with the generated windows client. My users use a generated client in which I pass the server parameter in using a shortcut. The -server parameter seems to be ignored and is coming up with an old IP address. If I clean the parameters, then everything will work once but will revert to the old IP address on the next logon. Why does it seem to be ignoring the -server parameter?

I figured it out. I was testing the LoadBalancing and while I did have it disabled, it was still reading the ini file.
