I would need more specific details about this issue.

- What application is crashing ?
- When is it crashing ?
- Do you have any error messages ?
- What operating system are you using on client and server side ?
- How do you connect remotely to your TSplus server ? (connection client, TSweb with java or HTML5)

If you are not using the latest release of TSplus I recommend you to update to 7.80 as we implemented Persian language recently.
