Load Balancing With 2nd server

Post by mamaral » Wed Nov 12, 2014 3:37 pm

Our Corporate Server is using RDP port 3389

When we set up our second server I also set it at 3389 not knowing that all the existing Portable clients would now point to the new "Not Ready" server. What is another RDP port I can use for the second server. Has anyone used Load Balancing successfully? What other issues did you run into.

Hello,

You can use the same port for every server. The only pre requisite is that your two servers can communicate between each other on your web port (80/443 by default)
You will find our documentation regarding this subject here : terminalserviceplus.com/docs/load-balancing-and-failover
