TSplus Failover

Hi all. In current version of TSplus in Load Balancing & Failover Manager (nor anywhere else) I don't see any settings associated with failover. How does Failover in TSplus works and where and how can I configure it? Please don't refer to the documentation because I've been reading it on and on whole day and didn't found any useflu information...

fail over works in a passive way now, meaning that when you set up a loadbalancing farm, if any server is down any incoming connection will be directed to a fully functional server.
