Hi,
We are trying out TSPLUS with Active Directory and serveral Terminal serves. Very interesting product. As we have several RDS server and would very much be happy to use TSPLUS as a single point of entry. However, we have been unsuccessful in getting TSPLUS Gateway to work.
Attach is a diagram is how our servers are setup, including our new dedicated server for TSPLUS. We have done through the documentation but with no luck. I’ve install TSPLUS on all Terminal server as well.
Any advice and suggestion is very much appreciated.

Re: TSPLUS Gateway Portal installation
Hello,
When using the HTML5 client you can achieve what you wish: Uning the TSplus Gateway as a proxy to redirect incoming WAN call into any LAN TSplus Application servers
For the other clients (Windows or Java) the Gatway will play the expected role but cannot be used as a proxy.
Each TSplus Application server must be able to be access from a WAN IP/port number.
This is an enhancement which is part of our roadmap for a future release.
Kind regards
John Davies
