Screen is getting 'stuck' behind users desktop

I have a user that is having issues with minimizing a seamless application. Normally, when they min it, it shows a button on the right just above the system tray that can be clicked to restore the screen. However, sometimes throughout the day, the button goes missing and the user cannot restore the software. The screen appears to be hidden behind her desktop and does not restore. I can remote into the server and send the user a message - the message will pop-up on her desktop, but yet she still cannot restore.

Windows XP SP3

Gave her a workaround of using task manager to end the task then log back in. This way she doesn't not have to reboot her machine.

Has anyone else ran into this issue before??

Hi

Yes, we have also noticed this issue.
We use the TSplus Remote Taskbar with the Logon Theme and sometimes the button below is missing.
We also use the new Floating Panel and 9 times out of 10, the button below is missing. This issue also occurs on the demo site of TSplus.
This is very annoying, because after minimizing the application, you can't get it back, because the user don't have the button below to get it back. And after that, the user is starting a new instance of the application by starting the application again from the taskbar/panel.

I have already made a movie about this issue and sent it to TSplus, but still no response and solution. :(

Hello,

Sorry for the delay we have been busy with a few bug corrections lately !
The latest update should solve all known issues.
Please download and install this update for TSPlus : tsplus.net/UpdateRelease.exe

Make sure no users are logged in before installing this update, you can check for remote users by launching a task manager and clicking on the users tab. Disabling your anti virus is also recommended.

We have had this issue on and off (not in version 6.8 strangely). While I would like a fix too, a work around is to enable Alt-Tab on the client which will let them switch to the hidden application. Unfortunately this appears to be broken in 7.3 (maybe all of version 7, not sure)
