Dear TSplus pros,
we're having problems with a software that needs a dongle to be attached for licensing. When logged in local to the computer everything works fine, but when logged in via RDP, the computer does not recognize the dongle so that the software says that there's a problem with licensing. Is there any workaround?

Is your application installed on the TSplus server with the dongle plugged in the server as well ? I recommend you to contact the editor of this software to know if they have some specific requirement to use in a terminal server environment (which is close to TSplus).
