Yes you can ! No specific procedure to follow regarding a TSplus server other than the usual :
Make sure no other users are logged in before installing an update, you can check for remote users by launching a task manager and clicking on the users tab. Disabling your anti virus (or create a scan exclusion rule on the following path : C:\wsession and C:\Program Files (x86)\TSplus)is also recommended.
