Unwanted and Empty TS Remote Taskbar shows after Reboot

I do not have TSplus Remote Taskbar assigned to any users or groups in Application Control. I want to use the FloatingPanel. When I reboot the server and use any type of generated client, or standard RDP all I get is an empty TSplus Remote Taskbar on the right of the screen. This continues until I log into the server start the Admin Console, open Application Control and do nothing else but click on Save. The very next login gets the proper FloatinPanel with all the specified applications for the user/group.

This could become very annoying in a server farm.

Any idea why this happens?

I believe this issue has been in the latest release, I recommend you to update.
