Universal Printer Not working

Version 6.70.11.21
Server: Win 2008 R2
Client: Win 7
Latest Update applied.

When the Universal Printer tries to open the PDF on the client, the message screen shot linked below is shown. I can go to the target folder and double click the downloaded file in MyPDFPrinting and it opens just file so there is a default program (Adobe Reader) associated with the .pdf extension.

Any ideas?

Hello,

I recommend you to update TSplus to latest release. Clean your browser client cache if you open a session with TSWeb. Use this procedure to clean your client cache if you open a remote session with a generated connection client : tsplus.net/support/kb/faq.php?id=23

Also make sure you can actually open a pdf document by double clicking on it.
