1- For now adding the support of more application is not on our road map. You can however add more than 100 applications by publishing a windows folder with the list of application shortcuts. There are various ways to achieve this depending on your goals.

2- This is not possible because administrative rights are mandatory in order to display the list of users / groups of a domain.

Probably a misunderstanding

I can create personalized MS ADUC console for each local admin (for each delegated admins OU in AD) and Admin view only their users.
I invite you to the demonstrations of this personalized ADUC msc.
I do not understand why you can not do the same for appcontrol.
