Customising Installation directory

We are MSP and currently working on a large clients to have your solutions installed across multiple locations. Is it possible to have a custom MSI installation to install the software into our own brand e.g C:\progarm files (x86)\mycompany
As against the default TSplus directory.
Please kindly advise.
