Is it not possible to add to the product a renew support button, that will create a purchase request for the server as the package holds all the relevant information.

Currently we have to connect to all our customer sites take the relevant information, then purchase support, then raise a support ticket, unless I have misunderstood.
Plus we have to log the purchase against a site in our own records so we only try to use it once or don't let it get wasted

So we don't renew support quite often as the task is too onerous.
