New RDS Knight release 3.1

The RDS-Knight application is available in version 3.1!
This new version includes the following:

• Ransomware protection is available and can be enabled from the administration interface
• The white list of ransomware protection processes has been completed
• The following overseas territories are now available for Homeland Access Protection: Mayotte, French Guiana, St. Martin, Guadeloupe and Martinique
• Fixed an anomaly in writing events with an Asian language

*This new release fixes an important issue with Homeland Access Protection. Thank you for offering the update to any of your customers who meets this problem!

- Validate Email settings when saving SMTP settings
- Add setting to ignore local and private IP addresses for Bruteforce Attack Defender feature
- Show / hide events on RDS-Knight Events Viewer if associated IP address is a loopback address
- Fix issue with Homeland Access Protection blocking legit connections (introduced with v3.2)
- Update translations
