Important Comment: The upcoming Microsoft Creator Automatic Update for Windows 10 Basic (Home Edition) is not compatible with TSplus. For customer willing to use TSplus on W10 as server, it will be required to upgrade their W10 Basic system to W10 PRO.

First of all, all known 9.90 issues have been fixed, such as:

- Administrators can monitor their Server Farms from the TSplus Gateway :
the new 10.10 release ensures the 100% efficiency of the powerful Farm manager feature
included in TSplus Enterprise Edition.
- The Farm Manager feature has been enhanced and we added 4 more features.
- Load Balancing monitoring: a nice looking wizard to follow the farm production
- Load Balancing per server to disable/enable the incoming connections to one selected server
- Only LAN RDP to extend this feature among the farm
- Web Explore
The translation has also be added to the Farm Manager feature.
Please keep in mind that any server of a farm must own an Enterprise license.

- Users of the RemoteApp webclient now benefit from automatic updates.

- When using the TSplus 10.10 Remote App client, the logon prevents the use of an "empty password".
The goal is to enhance the security. The user's credential becomes mandatory and this avoids
to access Windows server side logon page.

- The System Audit has changed to include the new TSplus 10.10 great Universal Printer new features.


Then, TSplus 10.10 Release brings great enhancements:


- The TSplus HMTL5 client improves the user experience; it includes a nice top menu,
which is now docking back on top when the user is selecting one of its tool.
It also brings a new option for customization of the keyboard input box when clicking on entry field from Tablets
or Smartphone.
Besides, the code for Web uploads has been re-written to allow multiple selections and files transfer
from the server to the user's workstation.

- The Universal Printer has been completely rewritten to provide a faster and reliable local printing solution.
With TSplus 10.10, the local printers mapping function is set as default when using the RemoteApp client.

- TSplus 10.10 processes have been optimized to eliminate the CPU requirement.
This is important for servers where many sessions are started.
With this major improvement, TSplus becomes the best solution to handle a large number of concurrent users on a Windows system.

Bug fix list :

Web Application Panel:

- When the Floating Panel was one of the published application, it was not displaying any application. This is fixed now.
- When one application was calling any daughter application, the logoff process was not processed and the session remains active without any displayed application. This is fixed now.

RemoteApp: One Explorer was open aside from the folder.exe display when Microsoft Remote Desktop was assigned to a user. This is fixed now.

URLonClient: The URLonClient was requiring the Admin rights. It is fixed now.

- The svrc.exe program was crashing on some system. It is fixed now.

- Some processes using using CPU. It is fixed now.

- The Farm Manager was displaying an error: It is fixed now.

- When changing the HTTP/HTTPS port, the AdminTool was not restarting. It is fixed now

- The RemoteApp plugin was not updating automatically. It is fixed now.

- An empty password was allowed when credential was requested. It is fixed now.
This avoid to see the Windows logon page when the user omit to type the password.

- The display in RemoteApp was logonsession. It is now RemoteApp.

- The AutoIT icon was displayed sometimes in the taskbar. It is fixed now.

- The capability to select only few disc mapped was not working. It will never work. So we did remove it from the Client Generator.

- The HTML5 top menu icon has been enhanced for the file transfer features

(upload/download).

- The System Audit was not properly set. It is fixed now.

- For the RemoteApp client, the the local printers mapping is set as default.

- The new printer driver is automatically install at reboot if it has not been process
properly at the setup

- The uninstall is now reseting rdp#tcp registry key

- The setup and the Update Release are now checking if the system is a
W10 Home. If so, we warn the customer that the the W10 Home is no more
supported because of the the upcoming Windows 10 update which is not compatible.
The solution for our existing W10 Home customer who are applying Updates
if to upgrade their system to W10 Pro.

- The Web Upload feature activated when in AppControl.ini you have

has been rewrite to allow multi file selection and transfer (from server to user PC)

- The HTML5 now includes the option to customize the keyboard activation red square
(useful for tablet usage)
- The process logonsession.exe is not using any more CPU in 3 cases
- When a full Desktop is displayed
- When the Floating Panel is used
- When the TSplus Taskbar is used
- This is important for customer handling a large number concurrent of users
On the client generator, minor changes of the local ressource tab

For the trial pop-up, change of the icon displayed in the local task bar

- The HTML5 code is handling now the time zone redirection, including the Summer/Winter time.

- The AdminTool has been reviewed to avoid errors on undeclared variables.

- The System Audit telling that some component of the 10.10 release was not at the same level has been fixed.

- The Security option "Limit access to Remote Desktop group" was not working. It is fixed now.
- The Farm Manager was not displaying the real RDP port of the Application Servers, it is fixed.

- Load-Balancing Manager now displays "(DISABLED)" in the Application Servers list for disabled servers.
- With single application started by the Web Application Portal, the session did close immediately.
If is fixed now.

I thinks this release does not fix the printing issues which are there since the initial 10.x release?

Not yet, meanwhile my recommendation is to follow this procedure to reinstall the previous Universal Printer.

The new TSplus 10.10 release is changing the Unviersal Printer driver to provide better printing performances.
However, some issues has been detected and these settings will be fixed by the next update (10.20).

For the short term, if you have a printing problem with the release 10.10 the solution is to follow step by step the following process on the server side:


1) Open the Control Panel, remove the Universal Printer
It is mandatory to do this before the step 2


2) Download http://dl-files.com/9.90/Setup-UniversalPrinter.exe
Run it. Wait until the process is fully completed.
Verify with the control Panel that the Universal Printer has been properly created.


3) Download http://dl-files.com/9.90/ClientGenerator.bin
Replace the existing one in the following folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\TSplus\Clients\WindowsClient
This will enable to generate TSplus connection client using Sumatra as local PDF driver.


4) Download http://dl-files.com/9.90/Setup-RemoteAppClient.exe
Replace the existing one in the following folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\TSplus\Clients\www\RemoteAppClient
This will enable the Web RemoteApp client to use Sumatra to print the document on the user side

You can use this text as a "standard" answer for any customer contacting you for printing problems.

This was an issue that last for several months.
As result, some time, the reconnect was wrong too.
