setup integrity check failed

I try to run the Setup-RDS-Knight.exe and I got "Setup integrity check failed! Cannot run this program. (Error 3)" Does anyone know how to fix it?

Delete your internet temporary files and download the setup again and try again.

Delete internet temporary file, or change browser, or change temporary file location and try again. The problem is from your browser that kept a failed download.
