Hi,
i have an TSplus installation where i don't want to use the universal printer. The universal printer came with the TSplus installation, so no entry in windows control app to uninstall it. I removed the universal printer with the AdminTool, but still every user has a process universalprinter.exe running.
How can i completely uninstall the universal printer, so no process is startet anymore?

How to uninstall universal printer?
Re: How to uninstall universal printer?
Hello,
You can prevent the reinstallation of the universal printer by editing the AppControl.ini file with notepad located in C:\Program Files (x86)\TSplus\UserDesktop\files and add the following line at the top of the file.
printerdriver=no

Hello,
This is a normal and expected behavior, however the universal printer once uninstalled here should not be reinstalled automatically upon reboot.
